Privacy Policy

Kare Kapmaca ("the App") is a turn-based territory-capture game played on grid paper. We care about your privacy. This policy explains what data is processed for the website (karekapmaca.com) and the mobile app.

In short: No account is required. We do not collect your name, e-mail, location or contacts. Your game preferences stay on your device. When ads are shown in the mobile app, the ad provider may process technical data such as an advertising identifier.

1. Data we collect

Account data: None. The app requires no sign-up or login.
Game preferences: Theme (light/dark) and sound on/off, stored in your device's local storage (localStorage / device memory). They are never sent to us.
Automatic technical data (web only): The site is hosted on Netlify, which may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request time). We do not use these logs to build profiles.
Advertising data (mobile app only): The app shows banner ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may process the advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID), device and app information, coarse location (country/region level) and ad interaction data.

2. Advertising

Ads in the mobile app are configured as non-personalised, meaning no interest-based targeting is used. Google may still process limited technical data for fraud prevention, frequency capping and reporting. Details: How Google uses data from partner sites.

Showing ads to fund the free version

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Third-party services

5. Children's privacy

The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Ads are configured to serve child-appropriate content. If you believe we hold data about your child, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Retention and security

We store no personal data on our servers. You can remove on-device preferences by deleting the app or clearing your browser data.

7. Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalised ads in device settings (iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking; Android: Settings › Google › Ads).

This policy may be updated; the date above changes when we make material updates.
